Tá a mhíshástacht léirithe ag an Chomhairleoir Contae Mícheál Cholm Mac Giolla Easpuig mar gheall nár cuireadh aistritheoir ar fáil ag cruinniú de chuid Chomhairle Contae Dhún na nGall ar na mallaibh.
Is ag cruinniú Choiste um Beartais Straitéiseacha a dúradh leis an Chomhairleoir Mac Giolla Easpuig a cheisteanna a chur i láthair i mBéarla i ndiaidh gur diúltaíodh aistritheoir a chur ar fáil dó.
Cha raibh an Comhairleoir Mac Giolla Easbaig sásta seo a dhéanamh agus shiúil sé amach as an chruinniú mar agóid.
Bhí cruinniú aige le Príomhfheidhmeannach na Comhairle Contae Seamus Neely, an tseachtain seo caite maidr leis an eachtra.

“The commitment to provide translation services at all Glenties Municipal Meetings and all Plenary Council Meetings has been met consistently over the past five years. This marks a significant development in recent years. This is also in accordance with the policy adopted by the Council in relation to the provision of translation services at meetings / workshops of the Council.”
Nuair a cuireadh ceist faoin chúis nár cuireadh aistritheoir ar fáil don Chomhairleoir Contae Mícheál Cholm Mac Giolla Easpuig, dúirt siad
“Donegal County Council will continue to review this area of our work and to change the current policy subject to the agreement of the overall Council in relation to the commitment of the necessary resources to support any extension of existing arrangements.”
